Niklas Paschburg is a composer, pianist, and producer from Hamburg, Germany, whose musical journey began with piano in primary school. His grandfather’s Hohner accordion, passed down to him, is featured in his recordings and performances.
During his teenage years, he explored electronic music and hip hop, merging classical influences (Bach, Beethoven, Satie) with modern production on synthesizers. He studied composition in the Netherlands and later joined an artist commune in southern Germany, where he released his debut EP, Tuur Mang Welten, marking him as part of the “Neo-Contemporary” movement. This drew attention from 7K! Records, which published his next three albums: Oceanic (2018), Svalbard (2020), and Panta Rhei (2023).
His music spans rock clubs, concert halls, and festivals, reaching both piano and electronic music fans.
Since 2018, he has created remixes for artists like Ásgeir and The Slow Show and scored his first feature film, Presque (2021), followed by Ernesto’s Island. He also produced cellist Dobrawa Czocher’s debut and collaborated with violinist Bryan Senti on “Jungle” for a duet compilation by 7K! Records.
