Ludovico Einaudi

Ludovico Einaudi is an Italian pianist and composer known for his minimalist and evocative music that blends classical, ambient, and contemporary elements. Raised in Turin, Italy, he studied at the Conservatorio Verdi in Milan under avant-garde composers Luciano Berio and Karlheinz Stockhausen. Despite his classical training, Einaudi developed a distinctive style characterized by simple yet deeply emotional melodies.

His breakthrough came with albums like Le Onde (1996) and Divenire (2006), which introduced a wider audience to his introspective compositions. His music has been widely used in film and television, with notable works featured in The Intouchables (2011), Nomadland (2020), and Doctor Foster.

Einaudi’s ability to merge classical traditions with contemporary influences has made him one of the most streamed classical artists in the world.
